Designed as a flexible, all-day destination, the brand operates across three complementary formats: neighbourhood Clubs for everyday use, multi-level Townhouses in key market towns with distinct spaces for different occasions, and destination Clubhouses that combine dining, drinks and beautifully designed rooms with weddings, celebrations and larger events. Across each format, the focus remains the same - thoughtfully curated and premium design, warm hospitality and a strong connection to the local community.
Noci
Noci, meaning “walnut” in Italian, is our modern Italian restaurant brand, vibrant, confident and rooted in quality. The menu brings together fresh pasta, seasonal small plates, salads and dishes from the grill, offering a complete and contemporary take on Italian dining. Since launching in Islington in 2022, Noci has expanded across London, including Battersea Power Station, Shoreditch and Richmond, establishing itself as a lively neighbourhood destination shaped by great food and warm, energetic hospitality.
Linwood Collection
Linwood Collection is our group of premium pubs and inns, defined by destination-led hospitality in characterful countryside settings across the Home Counties and the Cotswolds. Wild Thyme and Honey leads the collection, a boutique hotel in the Cotswolds paired with a destination pub and restaurant. Across Linwood, seasonal British food, thoughtfully designed rooms and confident service come together to create aspirational yet accessible stays.
